to Helena Housing can come to the Chamber and register
their details with One Form.
Registration
is simple and easy and will take no more than 10 minutes
with a member of the One Form
team. In order to register your company, you will need
to bring the following information along with you:

Company Registration Number
Full postal address (inc. post code)
Telephone
Fax
E-mail address
Website
Year established
The One Form team will be
available on the following dates:
Wednesday
11th May from 10am to 4.30pm
Tuesday 17th May from 9am to 4.30pm
Friday 20th May from 9am to 4pm
You can just come along at a time that suits you. However,

these days, or you cannot attend these dates or would
